Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and resultsoriented Corporate F&B Operation Manager / Corporate F&B Manager to lead and oversee food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence driving profitability maintaining high guest satisfaction and managing a team of F&B professionals. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision leadership and a handson approach to optimize performance and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all F&B operations across multiple venues ensuring consistency quality and efficiency.
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance manage costs and maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to health safety and food hygiene regulations.
Lead mentor and develop outlet managers and their teams to uphold high service standards.
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to enhance menu offerings and service delivery.
Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high product quality.
Introduce and implement new F&B concepts in line with evolving market trends.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coordinate staff training programs.
Analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings and service.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and promotions that drive business.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in F&B operations including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership problemsolving and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of F&B trends cost control and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to manage budgets financial reporting and P&L analysis.
Proficiency in F&B management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Background in luxury hospitality or upscale dining concepts.
Ability to drive business growth through innovation in F&B.
Strong expertise in team development and performance management.
Knowledge of sustainable practices within the F&B industry.
