Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Project Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution coordination and monitoring of engineering projects ensuring compliance with project specifications timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan schedule and manage engineering activities for assigned projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including procurement design QA/QC HSE and construction to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on cost schedule and quality performance.
Assist in the preparation and review of technical documents such as drawings specifications and scope of work.
Ensure compliance with project safety regulations industry codes and environmental standards.
Resolve engineering issues and provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients vendors and consultants to align project expectations and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential delays or cost overruns.
Participate in internal and external audits reviews and project closeout activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all engineering processes and decisions.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of engineering standards and safety codes (ASME API ANSI etc.).
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
Familiarity with AutoCAD SolidWorks or other design and drafting software.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced project environment.
