Position Summary:


Manages the execution of corporate social media and related global communications content to inform educateandpositivelyimpactpriority audiences. Accountable forcontent planning channel performance stakeholder alignmentand adherence toEdwardsbrand legal regulatoryand quality requirements.

How will you make an impact:

  • Support the ongoing development and execution of the corporate social media and digital storytelling strategyfor Edwardsby contributing to annual and campaign-level channel plansandgovernance processes ensuring alignment with business priorities the global communications strategyand emerging trends.

  • Lead integrated content planning and execution across relevant channels ( platforms)as applicable ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

  • Assistwith the creation and production of original on-brand content including infographics digital artwork animationand video while adhering tostandards andmaintainingconsistency across channels.

  • Supportteam withcommunicationsproject management for key initiatives by helping define scope timelinesand review/approval processes;assistin tracking dependencies risksand stakeholder needs to support on-time quality delivery.

  • Work cross-functionally in collaboration with Brand Marketing HR Quality/Compliance Legal Regulatory and business leadership driving alignment of communications with enterprise priorities and ensuring full compliance with policies and approval processes.

  • Support the employee social advocacy program.

  • Help to manage external partners ( vendors) as applicable: define requirements and deliverables review work product ensure budget and timelines are metandmaintainquality standards.

  • Supportresponse and time-sensitive communications as needed ensuring rapid coordination consistent messagingand appropriate escalation.

  • Perform otherduties asassigned by management.

Leadership / Scope

Expected to influence without authority across functions and levels including senior leaders and torepresentthe communications function on significant projects.

*This is an on-site position based in Irvine CA

What you will need (required):

  • Required:Bachelors degree in Communications JournalismCommunications and/orPublic Relations Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience perEdwardscriteria).

  • Required:8 years of progressive experience in communications corporate social media digital contentor related fields channel strategy and measurement.

  • Preferred:Experience in a highly regulated industry.

What else we look for (preferred):

  • Demonstrated ability toexecutecommunications strategy translate business priorities into channel plansand drive measurable outcomes.

  • Expertise invisual storytelling and content development across formats (copy design animation video) with the ability to provide creative direction and quality control.

  • Strong program and project managementexpertise including scoping resourcing timeline managementand risk/issue management across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Experience applying measurement and evaluation practices for internal and/or external channels; ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel Teams SharePoint) and commonly used digital content tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent) preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.

  • Ability to bring simplicity to complex information tailoring tone contentand format to diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of communications processes andanability to applyEdwardspolicies proceduresand brandstandards;ensuresappropriate reviews/approvalsare completed.

  • Strong problem-solving organizational analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels including senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination.

For California the base pay range$105000- $148000 (highly experienced).
