We are seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Greenwich. This is a rewarding role where you will support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with students providing one-to-one and group support to improve behaviour engagement and attendance. You will collaborate with staff and families to implement effective strategies and interventions.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills patience and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted behaviour support to students
Implement behaviour intervention strategies
Monitor progress and engagement
Work with staff parents and external agencies
Support reintegration into lessons
Promote positive behaviour and attitudes
Requirements:
