Job Title: Solar PV Channel Manager (m/f/d)
Job Location: Vienna Austria
Main Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners and support both internal and external communication.
Distribution Management: Manage partner certification target allocation performance tracking business plan (BP) reviews rebate follow-up and PSI data management.
Performance Monitoring: Track and communicate performance and rebate status; regularly monitor and analyze data reports conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions.
Partner Development: Lead and coordinate internal resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners including organizing training sessions and marketing events.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Support other department and channel-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in channel management or a related field is an advantage.
Excellent English (negotiation level) and good command of German are required; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Strong relationship management communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; results-oriented with high motivation.
Experience in consumer electronics and/or PV industry channels is a plus.
