We are looking for a qualifiedHuman Resources Coordinatorthat will be responsible for weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes benefits management and reconciliations and employee lifecycle. This position is in-person located in ourSalt Lake City Utahoffice.

- Assist in the hiring and termination process and other employee relations.
- Lead the weekly and bi weekly time collection process
- Assist in administering benefit programs.
- Assist in compliance with programs laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Microsoft excel intermediate proficiency at a minimum.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
- Basic understanding of benefits administration.
- Self motivated and able to satisfactorily help managers and employees with HR issues.
- Ability to work with difficult or emotional employees or their dependents and respond appropriately.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to effectively resolve issues.
