Lead- MS Teams Unified Communications

What success looks like in this role:

Technical skills and experience required for this position include:

• Deep expertise and knowledge in the following:
  • Microsoft Teams Voice Collab and Room System
  • Supporting Office 365 technologies
  • Telephony concepts such as signaling codecs dial plans phone number manipulation call routing and legacy IP / TDM telephony
  • PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience in three or more of the following:
  • Collaboration Security and Governance
  • Zoom Meetings
  • Zoom Phone
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Standards-based Video Conferencing interoperability and supporting infrastructure
  • Adoption and change management

Additional skills required for this position include:

• Strong team and autonomous working with an outcome-oriented approach
• Acting as a mentor to the wider community of consultants across the global Professional Services organization
• Convey the business value proposition of the Unify Square portfolio of software and services to customer decision makers
• Team player and a willingness to help
• Can work in a virtual structured global organization
• The ability to identify business requirements and the consulting skills required to develop effective solutions
• Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels up to CxO level

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Education & Experience:

• Required:
  • 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Unified Communications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Experience working with global multi-national enterprises

• Desirable:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate desirable
  • PRINCE2 or PMP awareness
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Change Management Certification preferably Prosci
