Here is how you can shape our journey as Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/x):

Your tasks

As Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/d) you will own the cloud-native infrastructure that engineering teams rely on to move fast. Youll drive architectural decisions align platform standards across teams and identify problems before they become incidents. All with a high degree of autonomy and a product mindset.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the reliability security compliance and cost efficiency of our cloud platform
• Automate the provisioning scaling and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure using Terraform Kubernetes and more
• Drive architectural discussions and align platform standards across engineering product and security teams negotiating constraints where needed
• Approach platform engineering with a product mindset where internal teams are your customers
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies before they become incidents and own the solution end to end
• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows where it creates real value

What you bring

What you bring:

Must have:

• Professional experience with AWS Kubernetes and Terraform
• Proven experience influencing technical decisions beyond your immediate team
• Communicate technical and architectural tradeoffs clearly to both engineers and non-technical audiences
• Experience coding with Go or Python as well as with scripting languages like Bash
• Experience with monitoring logging and alerting
• Knowledge in platform security best practices
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation pipelines (Terragrunt Atlantis SST)
