We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join a high-impact DevOps team supporting the groups global Retail Sales Services.

his product suite is the engine behind vehicle sales for dealers agents and National Sales Companies (NSCs) worldwide.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of applications used to configure cars across all brands manage sales contracts and perform global stock searches.

Full Stack Versatility: Drive the development of both front-end user interfaces and robust back-end logic for global retail systems.

Technical Leadership: 10 years of deep development experience providing architectural guidance and mentoring to fellow colleagues.

Global Delivery: Build scalable sustainable solutions for international markets ensuring stability through production support and hyper-care phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of professional Development Experience.
• Proven track record in Full Stack engineering within a DevOps framework.
• Essential: Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Identifying and refining technical needs.
• Development: Full lifecycle development and maintenance on the platform/application.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices.
• Testing: Comprehensive testing and defect resolution.
• Deployment: Involvement and support in the deployment process.
• Support: Provide third-level support for production incidents when required.
• Standards: Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements including preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards).
• Stakeholder Management: Review and present proposed system solutions to IT Product Owner / Leader / System owner.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives).
• Mentorship: Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.
• Operational Readiness: System implementation deployment release activities and hyper-care after production deployments.
