Our client is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join a high-impact DevOps team delivering IT solutions to the global Group.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of user-facing applications used to configure cars across all brands manage sales contracts create and manage offers perform global stock searches and support international direct sales.

UI Mastery: Lead the development of complex front-end interfaces for global Retail Sales Services systems ensuring a premium and responsive user experience across all Group brands.

Technical Leadership: 10 years of deep development experience providing architectural guidance code reviews and mentoring to fellow colleagues.

Global Delivery: Build scalable sustainable front-end solutions for international markets ensuring stability through production support and hyper-care phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years of professional Development Experience
• Proven track record in Front-End engineering within a DevOps framework
• Essential: Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Investigate and clarify often unclear requests to ensure specifics are well understood by all parties
• UI Development: Lead the front-end development lifecycle for platform/application features
• Code Reviews: Ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices
• Testing & Defect Resolution: Own system testing and defect resolution processes
• System Design: Propose and present technical system solutions to IT Product Owners Leaders and System Owners
• Standards: Develop solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements including preparation of ISO-standard technical documentation
• Deployment: Involvement and support in deployment system implementation and release activities
• Support: Provide third-level production support and hyper-care following production deployments
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in ceremonies - daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives
• Coaching: Willingness and ability to mentor and train fellow colleagues and users when required
• Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical reality while ensuring global system stability
