Job Summary

Role Profile :

Design implement and maintain databases and reporting systems. Collect analyze and interpret data from various departments to generate actionable insights. Produce periodic reports (daily weekly monthly) for management and stakeholders. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues. Develop and automate dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI or Python. Ensure data security privacy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate MIS solutions. Support business process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies.

Required Skills:

Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH conditional formatting macros data (Structured Query Language): Writing queries to extract manipulate and analyze data from relational databases. BusinessIntelligence Tools: Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and dashboard creation. Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) or other enterprise reporting Tools: Power Automate Python or VBA for automating repetitive reporting Cleaning & Transformation: Skills in preparing data for analysis removing duplicates handling missing values etc.
