Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Knowledge of HR processes (Hire to Retire lifecycle)
Experience in Business Rules Workflows MDF Objects
Good understanding of Employee Data Model & Corporate Data Model
Experience with Integration Center APIs or middleware (SAP CPI)
Familiarity with Data Migration and Data Validation
Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
