Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Safety professional to support daily safety and cleanroom operations at a semiconductor construction site. This role will focus heavily on enforcing strict cleanroom protocols maintaining environmental standards and promoting a strong culture of compliance and safety across a multi-contractor jobsite.

This position is fully on-site supporting a customer in the high tech manufacturing industry in North Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce strict cleanroom gowning and de-gowning protocols including proper use of garments gloves masks and other PPE
• Monitor environmental conditions such as particle counts air pressure temperature and humidity to ensure compliance with required standards
• Oversee entry and exit procedures through airlocks ensuring proper material handling and contamination control (e.g. wipe-downs with approved agents)
• Conduct routine compliance audits to identify contamination risks and deviations from standard operating procedures
• Provide training and coaching on cleanroom behavior safety practices and contamination control
• Maintain accurate documentation including environmental logs inspections and incident reports
• Support high-risk work activities and overall jobsite safety initiatives
• Actively address non-compliant behaviors and reinforce proper cleanroom conduct
• Coordinate with engineering quality and construction teams to support safety and operational excellence
• Assist with incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective action tracking

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in construction industrial manufacturing semiconductor or cleanroom environments
• Experience enforcing compliance with strict policies and procedures
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and correct behaviors in the field
• Comfortable working in active environments including extended time in PPE and cleanroom settings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in semiconductor cleanroom or mission-critical environments
• Familiarity with contamination control and cleanroom standards
• OSHA 510 certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with permit-to-work systems and contractor coordination

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional overtime during the week and/or Saturdays as needed
• Fast-paced construction and cleanroom environment
• PPE and cleanroom protocols required at all times in designated areas

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience
