About the company
- Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an AI data centre infrastructure company that offers advanced colocation services designed to ensure exceptional performance robust security and cost-effective operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance compliance and regulatory issues.
- Support cross-functional teams in managing risk and resolving legal matters.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities when required.
- Monitor changes in legislation relevant to the data centre industry and advise management accordingly.
- Contribute to internal policies procedures and training to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in the legal field preferably with exposure to corporate or technology-related sectors.
- Strong command of English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
