Job Description : Sales Hunter – North & East India
Location: Ahmedabad (Field Role) Near Sumel Business Park Sarangpur
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: 2.5 – 4.0 LPA
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Hunter to lead business expansion across North & East India markets. The role requires strong field presence relationship building and new account acquisition.
Territory
- Ludhiana
- Delhi/NCR
- Kanpur
- Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers across assigned markets
- Travel extensively to key hubs (Ludhiana Delhi Kanpur Kolkata)
- Build relationships with garment manufacturers wholesalers and agents
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → sampling → negotiation → closure → payment follow-up
- Maintain daily reporting of pipeline and activities
Must-Have Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B textile / fabric / garment sales
- Existing buyer network in at least one key market (Ludhiana Delhi Kanpur or Kolkata)
- Strong new business development (hunter mindset)
- Hindi fluency is mandatory
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days/month
Nice to Have
- Punjabi language skills (preferred for Ludhiana market)
- Knowledge of Ludhiana garment cluster (knitwear workwear etc.)
- Understanding of fabric construction (GSM counts weave types)
90-Day Targets
- Day 30: 20 buyer meetings samples shared with 10 prospects
- Day 60: 2 new orders active pipeline
- Day 90: 4 active accounts 15L pipeline
Ideal Candidate
- Strong hunter mindset with ability to build accounts from scratch
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Background in textile trade preferred
- High ownership and growth mindset
