Job Description: Sales Hunter – West & South India
Location: Ahmedabad (Field Role) Near Sumel Business Park Sarangpur
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: 2.5 – 4.0 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Hunter to expand business across West & South India. This is a field-intensive role focused on acquiring new B2B customers and driving revenue growth.
Territory
- Maharashtra
- Karnataka
- Tamil Nadu
- Gujarat (new market development)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B buyers (garment manufacturers wholesalers exporters)
- Travel across assigned territory to meet clients and generate business
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → sampling → negotiation → order closure → payment follow-up
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and agents
- Track and report daily sales activity and pipeline
- Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions
Must-Have Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B fabric / yarn / garment sales
- Strong network in Maharashtra Karnataka or Tamil Nadu markets
- Proven ability to generate new business (hunter profile)
- Comfortable with 15–20 days/month travel
- Self-driven and proactive approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in shirting bottom-weight or performance fabrics
- Existing relationships with exporters or buying houses
- Knowledge of fabric construction and quality
90-Day Targets
- Day 30: 20 meetings samples shared with 10 buyers
- Day 60: 2 new accounts 8L pipeline
- Day 90: 4 active accounts 15L pipeline
