*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide overall guidance and leadership to the regional sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales strategy and achievement of performance targets.
* Develop and drive a strategic business plan to grow market share and business volumes through targeted demand-generation initiatives.
* Own the P&L for the sales division in the region ensuring profitable performance and disciplined cost management.
* Manage all sales-related interactions with MSIL
* Lead brand-building and other development initiatives that shape the future vision and positioning of the region.
* Analyze regional sales data
* Lead the regional sales function end-to-end — strategy P&L stakeholder management team leadership and continuous improvement — to deliver sustained growth and superior customer experience.
