Your responsibilities as a Temporary Rental & Flexible Advisor:

The Rental & Flexible Advisor is the central point of contact for all customer and driver questions related to short term rental cars.

The Rental & Flexible Advisor guarantees the mobility of drivers and customers. He/she seeks a solution so that the mobility of the customer / driver is guaranteed and this according to a high degree of service quality.

The Rental & Flexible Advisor manages all processes specific to the rental activity:

• Managing all processes from reservation to invoicing as well as maintenance and repairs to ensure the mobility of our clients.

• This by being the first contact from our customers by phone and mail.

• Looking for solutions for the customer/driver that guarantees mobility.

• Administratively follow up and handle cases and inform the client about the progress of each rental contract.

• Staying in contact with other departments other rental companies transport companies garages and repair shops in order to find out or retrieve any necessary information needed for a correct and qualitative follow-up of our rental agreement.

• Closing following up and renewing rental contracts.

• Handling complaints and cases

• Follow-up and management of our rental fleet

• Ensuring that the data in the files are correct

The Rental & Flexible Advisor manages the rental fleet and all logistical processes:

• Works (regularly) at the front desk where all dispatching & logistics processes are monitored.

• Ensures a professional service and quality delivery in case a vehicle is picked up or returned.

• Participates in internal transport planning of our drivers.

• Ensures the follow up of various logistics processes and is in contact with our logistics suppliers.

• Checks the condition of the rental car together with the driver when he returns the car after a rental.

• Links the most ideal car to a rental contract.

• Contacts customers/drivers to agree on changes of rental cars based on good fleet management.

• Management of expert reports and damage assessment and follow-up (expert user)

Who are we looking for

• You have a higher education in the direction of administration.

• You have at least 2 years work experience in a similar position.

• You are strong in administration and you communicate easily by e-mail or telephone.

• You are proactive organised poblem solving and manage your priorities.

• You are customer-oriented patient and stress-resistant.

• You have a very good knowledge of NL FR and EN both spoken and written.
