We are looking for German and Dutch speaking Customer Advisors to join a global support team for Volvo Trucks in this role you will provide professional customer support and ensure high-quality service delivery in an international environment.
The first month of training is fully on-site. After training the role continues in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Provide accurate information and support regarding services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Requirements
- German and Dutch language skills (professional level required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach and adaptability
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
