The associate analyst role processes day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure daily activity is recorded timely and accurately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Any or all of the following:
Accounts payable processing (coding payment etc.)
Expense reporting and variance research
Preparation of exhibits as requested
Resolve any reconciliation issues
Transactional recordkeeping
Perform clerical functions
Improve business process efficiencies
Cross train with other staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Analytical organization and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to utilize and analyze data
Strong excel capabilities
EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or higher (accounting preferred but not required)
AICPCU courses recommended
Bookkeeping experience preferred
