Were hiring a Finance Operations Assistant @ ProfiSea!

Alongside our services weve built proprietary products like Uniskai our AI-powered FinOps platform for cloud cost optimization and Kuberly our platform engineering solution designed to streamline Kubernetes environments and developer workflows.
Were looking for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our growing team and support our financial and operational processes working closely with our sales team and global partners such as AWS GCP and Azure.
What youll do:
Support day-to-day finance operations and internal coordination
Assist with invoicing payments and financial tracking processes
Work closely with the sales team on deal-related financial workflows
Help prepare quotes agreements and financial documentation
Maintain and update CRM and financial data systems
Support partner-related financial processes with AWS GCP and Azure
What were looking for:
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working with numbers systems and data
Strong communication skills (Hebrew & English)
Fast learner with a can-do attitude
Previous experience in finance / operations / admin an advantage (not required)
Possibility for a part-time position
Open to students and fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience
