Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in HVAC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Electrical Technology or any related field
• With at least 35 years of experience in air-conditioning maintenance troubleshooting and repair
• TESDA RAC Servicing NC II (required); NC III (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems including split-type window-type and VRF/VRV systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting compressors motors thermostats electrical panels and control systems
• With experience in preventive and corrective maintenance refrigerant handling and leak detection
• Familiar with electrical PMS panel checking and basic electrical systems
• Strong understanding of safety standards PPE usage and maintenance procedures
• Detail-oriented safety-conscious and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection troubleshooting and repair of air-conditioning ventilation and related electrical systems to ensure operational reliability and efficiency
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) including cleaning of filters and coils and checking electrical panels controls and connections
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related service requests and Facility Management System (FMS) tickets
• Monitor system performance (temperature cooling efficiency and abnormalities) and take appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct routine monthly and quarterly inspections of HVAC systems
• Maintain accurate service logs maintenance records and reports
• Ensure proper use of tools materials and safe work practices at all times
• Support emergency HVAC and electrical concerns including system breakdowns and urgent repairs
• Assist during major maintenance activities and coordinate with contractors when needed
• Recommend necessary materials parts or system improvements based on recurring issues and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety policies maintenance procedures and documentation standards

Required Experience:
