Documentation Delivery Specialist

根据客户需求对现有技术文件和质量文件等信息进行提取和汇总并按照指定文件格式要求准备文件

根据客户的优先级做好沟通协调工作按时完成资料汇总和提交

能够快速掌握合适的技术工具程序软件理论公式等完成工作

具备基础的产品和应用知识准备仪表部件的数据表收集并确认相关的技术参数信息

联系供货商准备相关资料合格证材质报告标校报告等并进行整理汇总

及时完成资料的归档上传等文件处理工作

完成上级经理指定的其它工作

Key Responsibilities:
Extract and consolidate information from existing technical and quality documents based on customer requirements preparing files in accordance with specified formats.
Coordinate communication according to customer priorities to ensure timely completion of data aggregation and submission.
Rapidly master appropriate technical tools (including programs software theoretical formulas etc.) to fulfill work requirements.
Possess foundational knowledge of products and applications to prepare data sheets for instrument components collecting and validating relevant technical parameters.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain and organize required documentation (certificates of compliance material reports calibration reports etc.).
Complete timely archiving uploading and other file management tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications :

• 机械工程化工机械流体机械专业本科学历12年过程工业控制系统气动液压系统设计经验及主要仪表应用选择经验
• 能够使用绘图软件如Solid Edge TCPDM等熟练使用OfficeWordExcelPowerPointAdobe Acrobat等办公软件
• 熟悉控制系统产品的特性及设计要求
• 积极主动的按时高效完成相关任务
• 良好的口头及书面沟通能力
• 良好的英语书面沟通能力
• Proficient in CAD software including Solid Edge TC and PDM systems
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiar with control system product characteristics and design specifications
• Proactive approach to completing tasks with high efficiency and adherence to deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
