What you will be doing:
- Provide warm engaging and attentive service to all guests in the patio area
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently offering recommendations when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Support service operations for the patio food truck including order coordination guest interaction and maintaining service flow
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to enhance the overall experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings including food truck features food wine and cocktails
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the patio area food truck station and service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen food truck and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Follow all health safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties including set-up and breakdown of the patio and food truck operations
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or outdoor dining environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of food wine and cocktails is an asset
- Valid Serving It Right certification required
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
