What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes for dinner service ensuring consistency and presentation meet Botanists standards
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all menu items ingredients and techniques specific to your station
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team during a fast-paced dinner service
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining excellence in quality and taste
  • Follow all kitchen procedures including food safety sanitation and organization standards
  • Assist with mise en place station setup and breakdown before and after service
  • Support in training and mentoring junior team members when required
  • Contribute to a positive respectful and high-performing team culture
  • Support other kitchen areas as needed to meet operational demands
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen preferred
  • Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy dinner services
  • Passion for food creativity and continuous learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Food Safe certificate
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
