Recruiter [R&DClinical Hiring]

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Korea

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs job requirements and recruitment strategies
• Review and screen applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assess candidate qualifications and conduct initial interviews
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to role requirements
• Source candidates through databases job boards networking referrals and social platforms
• Communicate the companys value proposition clearly to prospective candidates
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Support offer management including market benchmarking and offer negotiation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular recruitment reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with Korean labor laws personal data protection regulations and internal policies

Regional Coordination JPAC

• Provide recruitment coordination support for roles across the JPAC region
• Support interview scheduling offer processing and onboarding activities
• Coordinate background checks medical checks and reference verification where applicable
• Update candidate status accurately in recruitment systems
• Provide administrative and operational recruitment support to the regional team

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR administration
• Business-level Korean and English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques
