The Opportunity

The main purpose is this role is to dispense prescription medication under the supervision of a pharmacist.

This is a part time onsite role in our Delray Beach Warehouse.

What youll be doing:

• Print Dispensing Packaging and Dispatching orders-Be sure to check for notes and valid address
• Solving delivering issues-Report any issues observed to Pharmacist
• Prefilling medication- Ensure bottles are prefilled and that there is enough stock on hand
• Dispense orders for Lightning Rx
• Assist Dermatica team with dispensing/filling/packing of orders
• Receiving deliveries-Unloading deliveries and organizing stock
• Support Pharmacists with other designated tasks- May include projects to help optimize the pharmacy and enhance compliance
• Assist with inventory counts-Pull expired medication
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Compounding batches
• Bottling batches- labeling
• Make sure batches are properly labeled
• Batch sheets are properly filled out before and during the compounding process- Photos are to be taken during the compounding process
• Proper cleaning and sanitizing of room- Make sure daily logs are filled out to show compliance with SOPs

Who You Are:

• You have Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred but not required)
• You have strong communication skills and team oriented mentality
• You are computer literate working with multiple apps google sheets and ipad
• You show strong problem solving skills
• You demonstrate an ability to be adaptable and quickly learn new skills as needed
