Purpose: The Orthopaedics Sales Manager is responsible for leading the orthopaedics business driving sustainable growth building strong customer partnerships and developing high-performing sales teams. This role requires strong leadership business acumen and a clear ambition to win in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales growth and market share targets for the orthopaedics business.
- Define and execute commercial strategies and action plans aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers KOLs and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead coach and develop the sales team fostering a high-performance and accountability culture.
- Drive execution excellence ensuring disciplined follow-up on objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor market dynamics competitive landscape and healthcare trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide inputs to business planning through strong analytical and financial insight.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or Health-related fields.
- 35 years of successful experience leading sales teams ideally within medical devices or orthopaedics.
- Proven ability to drive commercial results and lead teams in complex environments.
- Strong business acumen analytical capabilities and strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership people development and customer orientation.
- Highly results-driven competitive and ambitious.
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel.
