Support customers via phone chat email & social media
Help with inquiries pre-sales & basic technical issues
Deliver top-quality service with empathy and professionalism

Who Were Looking For

Fluent Polish (C1C2)
Good English (B2)
Strong communication skills & positive attitude
Customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)

Important:
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is required
