What Youll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers and partners
- Handle inquiries via phone chat and email
- Help customers find the perfect travel experiences
- Assist with bookings modifications rates & availability
- Deliver exceptional service that makes a real difference
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Croatian English
- Minimum high school diploma
- Experience in customer service hospitality retail or F&B (6 months preferred)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Based in Greece or willing to relocate quickly
- Must have EU passport
