What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers and partners
Handle inquiries via phone chat and email
Help customers find the perfect travel experiences
Assist with bookings modifications rates & availability
Deliver exceptional service that makes a real difference
What Were Looking For
Fluent Croatian English
Minimum high school diploma
Experience in customer service hospitality retail or F&B (6 months preferred)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and online tools
Based in Greece or willing to relocate quickly
Must have EU passport
