Position: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and maintaining our companys databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our databases from various sources including paper documents electronic files and online forms
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Assist with data clean-up and maintenance projects
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and record-keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
