What Youll Do:

Client Engagement & Communication Youll be the main point of contact for our clients making sure theyre kept up-to-date on Hives offerings. Youll help identify new sales opportunities and ensure clients feel informed and supported.

Sales Call & Lead Management Youll manage incoming sales calls update the CRM system with accurate lead details and ensure that every lead is followed up on in a timely manner. Youll pass on qualified leads to the CSR team to take things further.

Administrative Support From organizing sales folders to handling reports and forms youll make sure the sales team stays on track and has what they need to stay organized and efficient.

What Were Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. A year of related experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Comfortable using Google Docs Google Sheets and general office tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Bonus points if you have experience with CRM software!

Skills & Abilities:

Clear professional communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once without getting overwhelmed.
A friendly positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
