Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols visitor reception duties and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by verifying visitor information issuing visitor badges maintaining entry records and communicating with authorized personnel regarding arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Answer questions provide directions and support employees visitors and vendors at the front desk while maintaining awareness of security-related activity in a financial services location.
• Support security-related operations by observing lobby activity helping to deter unauthorized access and coordinating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 1 years of security-related experience.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
