Job Summary
Objective
- This job is a Supervisory position that oversees operations and ensures that the terminal operates safely efficiently and profitable with customer satisfaction.

Reports To
- Operations Manager
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of State Local and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer needs are met.
- Responsible for terminal compliance of State Local and Federal regulations.
- Responsible for Facility assets.
- Responsible for hiring and training of terminal employees.
- Ensure employees have and use proper P.P.E.
- Oversee dispatch for fairness effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain a work atmosphere that represents Ergon well in the workplace to the general public to all customers and potential customers.
