Please note this is a panel for Occupational Therapist graduating in 2026. You do not have to have CORU registration to apply for this graduate panel interview.

The Occupational Therapy Department has 38.5 Occupational Therapists with Therapy assistant support we offer 12 different rotational opportunities ranging from Surgery/Vascular and Transplant (Heart and Lung) Orthopaedics and spinal stroke Care of the older person FIT Infectious diseases respiratory medicine critical care trauma cancer service and Hand therapy. Each staff grade is given a supervisor with structured supervision as required according to your experience and rotational needs . We complete our structured induction and yearly staff grade series covering topics such as Transfer and manual handling communication time management cognition Ax seating and pressure care vitals and observations among others in our 12-14 week programme in conjunction with our monthly inhouse CPD and external CPD opportunities. We champion quality evidence-based service provision audit CPD and staff education across all grades with career progression and quality patient care at the forefront of our department.
