Customer Service Supervisor

Designer Contracts is the UKs largest flooring contractor operating across 13 regional facilities. As well as floor covering the company provides curtains and blinds furniture and lighting.

Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our friendly team based in Norwich.

Salary - 30000 plus bonus

Type Permanent Full Time

Working Pattern Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

The ideal candidate must be driven and have a genuine passion for providing a professional customer service experience. We are looking for an organised confident and friendly individual who can be an inspirational manager.

This role will include the day to day management of the team as well as handling all escalated enquiries.

Other key areas of responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and reacting to all customer service issues in line with the Company policy
• Ensuring effective communication across the business and our customers
• Monitoring and managing the performance of staff
• Ensuring that the team always give excellent service
• Ensuring effective communication across the business and our customers
• Ensuring that the team is fully compliant with Company procedures
• Coaching developing motivating and training staff
• Recruiting when required
• Demonstrating excellent leadership skills and time management skills

Key Requirements:

• Articulate friendly computer-literate and an excellent communicator
• Strong team player
• Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
