Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in medication preparation distribution and pharmacy operations in a fast-paced inpatient and/or community setting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare package label and deliver medications (including controlled substances as applicable)
Manage inventory process orders returns and stock medications
Perform billing documentation and administrative tasks
Enter medication orders (MAR) and assist with reconciliation
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Provide customer service and support pharmacy operations
Assist with sterile compounding/chemotherapy (if certified)
Train/orient staff and support retail pharmacy functions if needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1 year recent experience (3 years or certification preferred)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
