Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Systems Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for a U.S. Army missile defense system. This role involves software and system analysis verification and validation code review test execution and reporting.

As a Senior Software Systems Analyst your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and reviewing plans and reports to ensure system and software operations comply with requirements and design specifications.
• Reviewing design system and test documentation related to requirements and test outputs.
• Providing technical expertise in data analysis throughout the verification and validation process.
• Developing post-processing analysis tools and visualizations to assess system performance.
• Performing detailed performance analyses generating actionable insights and recommending architectural or algorithmic improvements.
• Supporting and enhancing automation platforms (e.g. Jenkins) by creating maintaining and troubleshooting pipeline jobs scripts and plugins.
• Collaborating with internal and external team members on daily technical activities.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active or eligible for DoW Security Clearance.
• Strong programming skills: C C Java Python HTML MATLAB.
• Experience with SDLC (Waterfall and Agile) V&V testing and data validation.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments software standards (MIL-STD) and structured repositories (GIT SharePoint).
• Ability to participate in customer meetings document findings and remediate issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reviewing SRS SDD and other CDRL documents.
• Experience with requirements traceability and analysis.
