This role is responsible for ensuring all applicant information is processed accurately efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Application Processing & Underwriting
- Review research and approve tenant lease applications
- Validate applicant information for accuracy completeness and compliance
- Prepare lease documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Manage daily workload to meet productivity and quality standards
- Ensure timely processing of applications in a high-volume environment
- Follow all internal systems policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with on-site teams regarding lease procedures and application status
- Provide updates and reporting to the Tenant Underwriting Manager
- Track and report on application status and processing metrics
- Participate in team meetings coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information
- Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and company compliance standards
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in underwriting credit review banking or administrative processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in property management or real estate environments
- Familiarity with lease processing or tenant screening workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general PC skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
