Were looking for a highly motivated student worker to join our talented EMEA Supply Chain Operations team for half-time job (80 hours per month) for 12 months period.
Youll have the opportunity to tackle real world challenges across Supply Execution Management making a meaningful impact on our operations.

Core Responsibilities
The role will be varied and exciting. You will join our dynamic Supply Execution Management team to support operational execution across the CEEMEA region (Central & Eastern Europe Middle East & Africa):
- Join our Supply Execution Management team to support CEEMEA Business Units by ensuring shortterm demand plans are executed seamlessly.
- Support the local ops teams and drive operational excellence while bringing creative thinking and innovation that make the LEGO Group extraordinary.
- Help secure the availability of LEGO sets across EMEA ensuring builders get the right products exactly when they need them.
- Support process optimisation to supercharge our operational execution and drive efficiency.
- Potential for site visits to gain first hand insights into operational challenges and opportunities.
- Data and insights: Dive into the vibrant world of LEGO data; uncover insights from key operational metrics and share them with stakeholders to inform decisions and drive outstanding business performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the LEGO Group to deliver our Supply Chain Operations priorities; united as One LEGO Team building a world of creativity together.
Do you have what it takes
- Candidates must be enrolled in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course and seeking new career experiences.
- Student status is required for the full contract duration: ideally 4th or 5th year at university.
Effective Communication : Good understanding and application of English both verbally and written . - Interpersonal Skills (D&I): Be open to learning from more experienced colleagues and adapting to different working styles.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to analyse large datasets and distil clear insights
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools mainly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookup functions).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
