Job Summary

Summary

Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customers location to fulfil daily receiving stocking issuing and cycle counting of customer and/or Vallen inventory. They are responsible for maintaining a professional clean and organized work environment.

Hours: Mon-Fri 1st shift 6am-230pm. OT is rare.
-Temp to hire.
-Need someone reliable and dependable.
-Mechanical aptitude is helpful for this position. Ability to identify parts/tools.
-Computer skills are a desired component for success in this position. Will use Excel catalog to search for parts.
-Customer service skills are required. This is a customer facing position.
-Will issue parts to customers.
-SAP or SXe experience helpful.
-Will assist with cycle counting and inventory.
-May use pallet jack.
-Will stock POU areas with janitorial supplies and vending machines with small tools and PPE materials.
-Steel toe shoes with internal metatarsals are required.
-Will assist with other projects as needed.
-May lift up to 50# on occasion unassisted.
