We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate customized estimates for door repairs and installations while supporting customer needs and sales efforts. Its an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys applying technical expertise analytical thinking and customer communication in a fastpaced construction environment where their contributions make a real impact.
Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and customized project estimates for door repairs and installations
- Research material labor and equipment costs to support comprehensive estimates
- Interpret construction documents specifications and related trades
- Collect and analyze pricing data to generate competitive cost and sell pricing
- Assess customer needs and communicate solutions effectively in direct sales interactions
- Provide timely and thorough followup regarding quotes and bid results
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts to the Branch or General Manager and Sales Director
- Apply strong problemsolving skills and sound judgment to achieve high performance
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support business objectives
Qualifications
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical and technical aptitude with excellent numerical ability
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Selfmotivated confident and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and use ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling an engineered product or working in the construction industry
- Drivers License required
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree in Sales Marketing Business or a related field preferred
