Your Contribution:

• Product Strategy: Drive the vision strategy and execution of CGMs software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the companys overall strategy and objectives.

• Market Research:Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

• Requirement Definition:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

• Project Management:Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Track progress prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of features.

• Training:Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology. Specialized knowledge of healthcare technology and practice management workflows (preferred).

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile Scrum).

• Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Sharepoint)
