This role helps design build integrate and sustain secure technical capabilities that support high-volume analysis and mission operations. The position contributes to AI-enabled data-driven solutions that help users work across complex datasets at scale improve operational outcomes and accelerate the delivery of mission-relevant applications and services. All work is performed in secure environments. Work location is Joint Base Anacostia Arlington VA or Reston VA.

This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Polygraph.

For this role we are seeking a Senior Intelligence Business Analyst with expertise in managing complex requirements analysis business process modeling and intelligence assessments. Someone who understands intelligence analysis and production and translating end user requirements into user stories. Essentially someone who has done the intelligence piece and now wants to be part of the group that creates the tools that make their jobs easier or more efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection research and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
• Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
• Work with data scientists and software engineers and function as the person that translates end user requirements into user stories that the engineers can digest.
• This person will also serve as the internal reality check to make sure what is being developed actually meets the end users needs. They are the go-between and need to be fluent in both worlds without needing to be technical enough to do any coding.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelors or Masters degree with 8-12 years of experience.
• Expert in complex requirements analysis business process modeling and intelligence assessments.
• Background related to Intelligence Analysis or Intelligence Production and can work with data scientists and software engineers and function as the person that translates end user requirements into user stories that the engineers can digest.
• Leads analytical efforts and mentors junior staff.
• Develops sophisticated analytical methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP)
• Experience with system integration and database management
• Relevant technical or project management certifications
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
