About the team
The Manager Customer Education is a people leader responsible for the delivery and quality of Kinaxis training offerings. This role leads a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers to build scalable highquality learning solutions that enhance customer engagement and adoption. The Manager partners closely with Sales Professional Services Customer Success and Curriculum teams to ensure training offerings meet learner and business needs.
The Manager plays a key role in managing the technical training portfolio and overseeing active training development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education strong people and project management skills and experience in dealing with Fortune 500 companies
What you will do
Develop and manage our team of Curriculum Developers and Instructional Designers who project manage develop and deliver our technical training courses to our customer ecosystem
Partner with crossfunctional teams to design and deliver subscriptionbased training offerings including onsite virtual and eLearning programs.
Collaborate with our Customer Success organization to promote ongoing adoption and utilization of our training portfolio across our customers ecosystem.
Provide input to the Curriculum team on gaps trends and emerging needs to enhance and expand our offerings to various technical and supply chain related roles including supply planners and demand planners.
Leverage analytics to identify trends assess performance and inform decisions related to training needs and sales strategies.
Support the delivery of high-impact value-driven training programs that drive customer adoption proficiency and success.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in business education supply chain or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in developing and delivering training programs for supply chain management solutions.
- Prior experience leading mentoring or managing a team (formal people management experience preferred).
- Excellent communicator and able to gain trust quickly with all levels of customers up to C-suite.
- Dynamic and critical thinker who can understand the intricacies of a deployment and the solution while also maintaining a strategic view of the project and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-centric learning strategies.
- Experience with subscription-based revenue models and change management best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in curriculum development and instructional design.
