Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions & Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain a hybrid cloud and on-prem IT environment across multiple locations. This role blends Microsoft 365 administration endpoint management cloud infrastructure support and hands-on technical support for both onsite and remote teams.

Youll work across a modern environment that includes Microsoft 365 Intune AWS macOS/Windows devices networking infrastructure and SaaS integrations. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with IT leadership to ensure systems are secure stable and scalable.

What Youll Do

In this role you will:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 user access and security
• Manage endpoint devices across Windows and macOS environments
• Support cloud infrastructure and services in AWS
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to onsite and remote users
• Assist with networking DNS firewall and SaaS integrations
• Support device management and compliance using Intune and JAMF
• Help maintain system security and compliance standards (HIPAA PCI NIST)
• Participate in system upgrades troubleshooting and ongoing infrastructure improvements

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience in a Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support experience (Tier 12)
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune and/or JAMF preferred)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS firewalls and routing
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• AWS administration experience
• JAMF Pro / Connect / Protect experience
• Ubiquiti or Juniper networking experience
• Experience in healthcare medical or regulated environments

Location

• Hybrid Scottsdale AZ (In-office Tuesday & Thursday).
• Additional travel to other Arizona locations is required as needed. Occasional support for Texas sites may be required. Travel may occur on days outside of the standard in-office schedule.
