Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory / Outpatient

Location: Syracuse NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with ambulatory/outpatient experience to join a clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
• Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
• Administer treatments medications and infusion therapies (as applicable)
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide patient education and support throughout treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN License
• BLS Certification (must be current or eligible for recertification)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years)
• Experience in hospitals of similar or larger size (travelers preferred from comparable or trauma centers)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with EPIC EMR (preferred)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment health screening drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent outpatient/ambulatory experience
• Oncology and infusion therapy experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
