Turnover Coordinator

• High School diploma post-secondary certificate diploma or degree from an accredited technical school college or university

• Strong computer skills

• Intermediate excel skills

• Experience with document and data management systems (Encompass and QDMS) is considered an asset

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to strong interpersonal organizational and time management skills.

• The desire to work in a strong team environment to achieve organizational goals with the ability to work with minimum supervision

• Excellent organizational skills

• Must be a self-started motivated and perform well in high-pressure environments

Position Summary

Worley Canada Construction is a leader in industrial construction in Alberta and western Canada. Worley Canada Construction is seeking Turnover Coordinator to join our Quality team near Edmonton.

Responsibilities:

• Redlining in Bluebeam including Isometrics P&IDs Fabrication spool sheets

• Experience with building hydro test packages

• Knowledge of welding and NDE reports

• Progressively compiling turnover documentation and preparing binders to be shipped with loads/modules

• Provide weekly and monthly reports with regard to the status of system completions

• Ensure turnover is in accordance to company policies standards and procedures

• Compile all turnover documentation including maintenance manuals and procedures
