Position Overview
Starting pay: $18.50/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinicians during medical exams and assessment visits
- Prepare patients by recording vital signs medical history and relevant information
- Perform routine clinical tasks including blood draws EKGs and diagnostic testing
- Manage administrative duties such as chart updates documentation and patient communication
- Ensure exam rooms equipment and supplies are properly stocked and organized
- Contribute to a professional welcoming and efficient clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant training program a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Medical Assistant certification is helpful but not required
- Strong understanding of basic medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patientcentered mindset
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
